Welcome to your Collectrium Powered SCOPE Print/ Online and iPhone App Submission Account!

Please note: All information submitted will be used for your SCOPE Catalogue (Printed/ Hardcopy and the online versions) as well as for the Collectrium iPhone App.

ALL IMAGES MUST BE 300 DPI OR OF THE FOLLOWING DIMENSIONS OF 6.2” WIDTH AND 5.3” HEIGHT

Please complete the following THREE STEPS to have completed your submission:

  1. Upload your Cover image
  2. Upload your list of Exhibiting Artists
    1. Visit the Red Arrow marked 'Add exhibiting Artists' located under 'Actions for the gallery' on your Home page.
  3. Update and Edit your current Gallery Information on your Account Page
    1. Please note: This is how your gallery name will appear on your catalogue page- therefore please check the capitalization, and spelling of your gallery name.
    2. Please be sure to enter your address as you would like it to be printed in the SCOPE Catalogue, along with viewed online.

*Once you have completed these three steps you may begin uploading as many images, with information, as you would like, which will ALL be visible through the iPhone app. Images subject to curatorial approval by SCOPE before appearing in online catalog and SCOPE site exhibitors page.

Members subscribed to the Collectrium Curatorial Service may ask their Collectrium Curator for help and advice about any object in their collection. You may also inquire about Collectrium services including registrar, archiving, research, as well as insurance, moving, storage, etc. The Curator will research the question and respond promptly, usually within 24 hours.
